Upon Arrival
After your baby is born, simply tell the hospital staff that you have chosen Middleton Pediatrics as your child’s pediatrician. Our office will then be notified of your baby’s birth by the hospital staff. Once you have been given a discharge date, please contact our office at: 407-284-6460 to schedule your baby’s first visit. Typically, this visit is scheduled within 24 – 48 hours after discharge.
